Sam Duggan has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years.  He established the company in 1987 as a residential contractor building new houses, remodels & additions to existing homes.  In 2010, Sam expanded into commercial construction & in 2020 to insurance restoration. 

Ted Duggan served the country as a military officer then subsequently had a 30-year production manufacturing career supporting customers in multiple industries including aerospace, medical device, electronics & defense.  Ted brings extensive hands-on operations in general management & project management expertise to Duggan Contractors.

Heather Brau Penn brings 15 years of experience to Duggan Contractors. Heather’s experience relies heavily on project management and finishes. She previously co-owned a local construction company before joining Duggan Contractors. Heather supports customers with interior design to personalize their space including fixtures, lighting, and appliances. 

Megan comes to Duggan Contractors with a wealth of knowledge for office management and customer relations.  Joined Duggan Contractors in 2020. Graduated with a graphic design degree in 2008  and has worked in a variety of different industries. Megan recently moved to the area to be closer to family.
